The Hammock Chair Hanging Kit is a safe and easy way to hang your hammock chair from tree branches in your yard, from wooden gazebo posts, or even in your home ceiling joists. You won't have to worry about your product slipping because of old rusty nails that were never designed to withstand such a weight load.

The Hammock Chair Hanging Kit comes with all the items you'll need to support your hammock chair, meaning you don't have to make repeated trips to the hardware store or resort to a trial-and-error method. These materials have been effectively tried and tested over the years to provide the proper support. Each kit includes one eye bolt with a hook, one S-hook, and one piece of chain. Each item is zinc-coated to withstand the elements – those cold, wet winters and those hot, humid summers. And each is specifically assembled to make your hammock chair more secure. After deciding where the product should be placed, you will determine how high to place the hardware. The eye bolt is screwed into the tree branch or the support and then attached to the S-hook via the chain, which can be adjusted according to the desired height.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
Make sure you are installing this kit in a solid structural joist. Screwing EyeBolt MUST be screwed in all the way until Eye is resting against the structural joist. Leaving a gap between the eyebolt and the structural joist will eventually cause the exposed eyebolt pin to break.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Products must be returned in new, unused, never assembled and in resalable condition with all their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note: as much as we hate doing this, we reserve the right to decline a return if improperly packaged, or adjust the refund if hardware is missing or hammock is not in like new condition.

Limited One Year Warranty

Hammock Universe ("Hammock Universe") warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Hammock Universe, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.

This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Retailers selling Hammock Universe products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover discoloration of product, damage caused by mildew, mold or any external source. It does not cover normal wear of parts, or damage resulting from any of the following: rodents, pests or any animal, negligent use or misuse of the product, commercial use of the product, use contrary to the assembly instructions, repair or alteration by anyone unless the service was authorized by Hammock Universe. Further, the damage warranty does not cover acts of God, such as: fire, flood, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and any form of precipitation: (i.e. rain, snow, hail). Warranty void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine Hammock Universe part.

Address correction/redirection?
Please note that ALL carriers charge a fees to their customers for an address correction once the package has shipped. This fees is on average $15 for changing something as simple as 115 Main St. to 117 Main St. Please make sure the address is accurate when placing your order. If you see an error, please contact us ASAP to make the correction before the order is processed.

Decline Delivery or Return to Sender
Please note that ALL carriers charge a return fee equivalent to the outgoing shipping fee. If you decide to cancel your order once it has been shipped and choose to have it redirect to us, decline reception on delivery day, or simply decide or fail to pick it up at the nearby pick up location, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to deduct both the outgoing and returning cost amounts from your refund.

Installing a hammock is usually not too complicated. However, the most common issue is deception. NOT with the product itself but the FIT!

Before purchasing a hammock or a stand, it is important to allow yourself 5 minutes to measure the space you have on your patio, between the trees or anywhere else.

Doing that with a measuring tape (and not using the good old eye guessing technique 😊) will allow to choose in accordance with the space you have and allowing for relaxation in no time when your order arrives!
