First of all this company is great to deal with. This stand is excellent. It is made of great quality and is tall enough for my hammock swing to keep me off the ground. I looked everywhere for a stand like this and it did not disappoint.
First stand came in and was a little off center -The chair hung off to the side. Customer service walked me through a few things to try to straighten it up, asked for a few pictures and they quickly determined the best course of action was a replacement. No hassle whatsoever…. The process was super quick and the customer service was top notch. New stand showed up and all I can say is perfect!!!!!! Easy setup and very sturdy. Great product - Great team. 100% would buy another product when the time comes from this company.
Let’s see: sure the shippers ripped up the super heavy box a bit. Contents were fine though. I set it up myself! In many hours plus video help for what to do with “Part 4” (I called it Small C). This was challenging to install myself. Finally did some balancing act using my legs like a third arm. I recommend help; it’s a bit loose/moves a 1/4 inch as put it on the ground regardless any tighter it’d be stripped.
Super nervous sitting in it. But I was involuntary giggling happily, swaying in front of the window. At 5’4” if I totally stretch out I can fit all but my noggin in the hammock chair! Why does swinging gently provoke a sense of whimsical freedom? Will I always be happily amused using this I hope so. So cool.
The box the stand came in was beat up beyond recognition, no fault of Hammock Universe, however it withstood they hectic delivery and no harm was done. I was able to put it together with the help of my husband in under 15 minutes. I bought it to go with my daughter’s Hugglepod and she loves it.
I love my hammock chair stand. I can move it easily anywhere in the yard. It was easy to put together. I feel safe in it. It is great to sit in it with a glass of wine relaxing and watching the lake with all the wildlife in it! Thank you Hammock Universe USA!

Customer Satisfaction Policy
We strive for total customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Products must be returned in new, unused, never assembled and in resalable condition with all their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note: as much as we hate doing this, we reserve the right to decline a return if improperly packaged, or adjust the refund if hardware is missing or hammock is not in like new condition.

Limited One Year Warranty
Hammock Universe ("Hammock Universe") warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Hammock Universe, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Retailers selling Hammock Universe products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover discoloration of product, damage caused by mildew, mold or any external source. It does not cover normal wear of parts, or damage resulting from any of the following: rodents, pests or any animal, negligent use or misuse of the product, commercial use of the product, use contrary to the assembly instructions, repair or alteration by anyone unless the service was authorized by Hammock Universe. Further, the damage warranty does not cover acts of God, such as: fire, flood, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and any form of precipitation: (i.e. rain, snow, hail). Warranty void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine Hammock Universe part.

Address correction/redirection?
Please note that ALL carriers charge a fees to their customers for an address correction once the package has shipped. This fees is on average $15 for changing something as simple as 115 Main St. to 117 Main St. Please make sure the address is accurate when placing your order. If you see an error, please contact us ASAP to make the correction before the order is processed.
Decline Delivery or Return to Sender
Please note that ALL carriers charge a return fee equivalent to the outgoing shipping fee. If you decide to cancel your order once it has been shipped and choose to have it redirect to us, decline reception on delivery day, or simply decide or fail to pick it up at the nearby pick up location, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to deduct both the outgoing and returning cost amounts from your refund.
Installing a hammock is usually not too complicated. However, the most common issue is deception. NOT with the product itself but the FIT!
We provide minimal dimensions for the specific product under the SPECS Tab.
Before purchasing a hammock or a stand, it is important to allow yourself 5 minutes to measure the space you have on your patio, between the trees or anywhere else.
Doing that with a measuring tape (and not using the good old eye guessing technique 😊) will allow to choose in accordance with the space you have and allowing for relaxation in no time when your order arrives!
